The longer version tells you this is exactly what happened and includes details like the mom being born into a Asian cultural hot-pot of a family on O’ahu and the dad being from a deeply Mexican family with roots in the natural medicine space.
Con Mucho Amor was born out of the diverse multicultural experience of the Carbajal family. Starting in Mexico City as natural foods wholesalers then returning to the Latin & Asian immigrant communities in Metro-Atlanta created a storm environment/opportunity perfect enough to puzzle where we are today!
Our dishes and offerings come from nuestro corazón, our heart. As any business owner & immigrant knows, there is plenty of adversity to warrant saying our blood, sweat, & tears we shed are literal.
